For too long, women have been taught to play small, stay quiet, and ignore what they really want. I know the ache of wanting deep connection and safety while fearing your needs might overwhelm, scare, or drive someone away.
When I stepped into intimacy coaching, I saw a real need: women were craving trauma-informed, body-centered spaces where they could heal anxious attachment, reconnect with their pleasure, and build emotionally safe, nourishing relationships.
My work isn’t about quick fixes or giving advice. It’s about guiding you back to the wisdom of your body through presence, nervous system attunement, and real-time relational practices. I’m a certified sexologist specializing in somatic intimacy, sexuality, and sensual embodiment. But what I truly offer is a relationship lab—an intimate space where we explore together, and all of you is welcome, just as you are.

I’ve tried therapy before—how is this different?
Traditional talk therapy often focuses on the mind—analyzing thoughts and behaviours. Somatic intimacy coaching brings the body into the process, working with nervous system patterns, stored emotions, and embodied experiences. Instead of just talking about intimacy, we explore it through sensation, movement, breath, and real-time relational practice—so change happens from the inside out.
What if I’m afraid to open up?
That’s completely okay—and actually very common. Fear is a natural part of intimacy, especially if you’ve been hurt or taught to hide parts of yourself. In our work together, we move at your pace, with deep care for your nervous system. You don’t have to force vulnerability. Instead, we build safety in your body first, so that opening up becomes a choice—rooted in trust, not pressure. Every step is honoured. Every part of you is welcome.
