You don’t have to be confident to flirt. You don’t have to be charming, smooth, or “good at it.” This February, I’m hosting a women’s embodiment circle exploring flirting as a body-based experience, not a performance. This is not a space to learn techniques, push confidence, or override your boundaries. It’s a space to slow down, listen to your body, and explore how aliveness wants to move, if and when it does. ✨ No pressure to flirt ✨ No expectation to perform confidence ✨ No requirement to share, move, or make eye contact Just presence. Choice. Consent. Many women leave these circles feeling more grounded and self-trusting, not because they changed anything, but because they stopped forcing themselves to be someone else. If flirting has ever felt confusing, performative, or unsafe… you’re warmly welcome here. 🧡 Limited to 6 women 📍 @legnomeduvillage 🕯 Friday, February 20 | 7–9 PM 🔗 Link in bio to reserve your spotButton

Sensual embodiment is experiencing pleasure through the senses of the body: touch, sight, sound, smell, taste, inner awareness, movement, and balance. And it’s important to say this clearly: sensuality is not s3xual. It’s pleasure. Sensual embodiment rests on a prerequisite that often gets skipped: foundational embodiment. Because if your body doesn’t feel safe or accessible, presence is hard. And without presence, it’s difficult to actually sense the world around you. Sensuality is experiencing the world through your senses. So if you’re dissociated from your body (because it learned that being inside yourself wasn’t safe) pleasure can feel confusing, effortful, or even frustrating. Not because something is wrong with you. But because your system is protecting you. Sensual pleasure can be incredibly simple. The feeling of warm water on your hands. A cool breeze on your face. The taste of your grandmother’s home-cooked meal. Live music vibrating through your chest. These are sensual experiences. Sensuality tends to arrive through slowness. Not always (I know some kinksters would strongly disagree 😉), but often through giving sensation enough space to register. Sensual embodiment brings you back into your body through sensation. Not through force. Not through performance. But through noticing what feels good and letting that be enough. This is how pleasure becomes possible again, gently, relationally, on your body’s timeline.Button
