Somatic Intimacy Coaching for Women.

Are you longing to feel worthy, desired, and deeply loved?

This space is for women who want to understand themselves more deeply in relationship. Through somatic intimacy coaching, I help you translate your lived relational experiences into body-based understanding, so patterns that once felt confusing, overwhelming, or shameful become something you can recognize, work with, and meet with greater awareness. Together, we expand your emotional and relational capacity, so you can stay connected to yourself while you're in connection with others.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

You Might Recognize Yourself in Patterns Like:

A black and white drawing of a heart with a swirl in the middle.

Fear of closeness and distance.

You open, then pull back—or stay closed to avoid losing connection.

A black and white drawing of a speech bubble with a knot in it.

Activation in dating and connection.

Interactions feel heightened, uncertain, or emotionally consuming.

A black and white drawing of a woman 's lips with two hearts on them.

Silencing your desires.

You minimize what you want to stay safe, chosen, or connected.

A black and white drawing of a heart with a heartbeat and a cross.

Repeating relational patterns.

Even with awareness, you find yourself cycling familiar dynamics again and again.

Meet Meaghan—Your Somatic Intimacy Coach & Relational Translator

I didn't set out to create a new language for relationships. I simply kept noticing the same thing. Women weren't lacking insight. They had read the books, listened to the podcasts, understood attachment styles, and knew the communication skills they were "supposed" to use.

Yet in the moments that mattered most—in conflict, longing, desire, uncertainty, or intimacy—their bodies told a different story. What they needed wasn't more information. They needed a way to understand what their nervous system was already communicating. That's what led me to somatic intimacy coaching.

As a certified somatic sexologist specializing in somatic intimacy, sexuality, and sensual embodiment, I help women translate their embodied relational experiences into something they can understand with compassion instead of shame.

Because what we often call "neediness," "avoidance," "too much," or "not enough" usually isn't the whole story. More often, it's the nervous system doing its best to protect the connection within its capacity.

My work isn't about fixing you or teaching you to perform healthy relationships. It's about helping you build the capacity to stay connected to yourself while you're in a relationship with another.

Everything I create exists to give language to experiences that have too often been misunderstood. Because when we can translate our experience with compassion, we create the possibility for different choices. And that's where real intimacy begins.

FAQs:

  • I've read the books and been to therapy. Why do I still feel stuck?

Many of the women I work with are incredibly self-aware. They understand attachment styles, communication skills, and relationship dynamics. But insight doesn't always change what happens in your body when you're faced with conflict, uncertainty, longing, or intimacy. Our work isn't about replacing therapy or giving you more information. It's about helping you understand what your nervous system is communicating in those moments, so awareness becomes something you can actually embody—not just something you understand intellectually.

  • I know what I need to do. Why can't I seem to do it?

This is one of the most common questions I hear. Knowing and being able to act on that knowing are different capacities. When your nervous system perceives risk—whether that's rejection, conflict, or being fully seen—it will often prioritize protection over intention. Instead of asking, "What's wrong with me?" we become curious about what your system is protecting and how we can expand its capacity over time.

  • Is this work only for women who are dating?

No. Whether you're single, dating, partnered, navigating a breakup, or simply wanting a different relationship with yourself, this work meets you where you are. Because the goal isn't simply to improve dating. It's to expand your capacity for relationship—with yourself, with others, and with your own embodied experience.

  • What if I’m afraid to open up?

You don't have to arrive ready to be vulnerable. Fear, hesitation, and uncertainty are all welcome here. We move at the pace of your nervous system, not the pace of an outcome. Rather than pushing you to share more than feels safe, we build the capacity for openness over time. In this work, safety isn't assumed—it's cultivated.

  • What if I feel disconnected from my body?

Disconnection is often an intelligent adaptation, not a personal failure. Together, we'll approach your body with curiosity rather than pressure, allowing connection to develop gradually and at a pace that feels supportive. There is no "right" way to experience your body here.

  • What if I can't tell what I'm feeling?

You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you're feeling or having the "right" words. Many people—especially those who've spent years adapting to others or who are neurodivergent—experience their inner world in ways that don't fit neat emotional labels. Part of this work is learning to notice sensations, impulses, emotions, and relational experiences without needing to get them "right." Your body is already communicating. Together, we'll learn how to listen with curiosity instead of judgment.

  • Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes! All coaching sessions are available online, so you can access transformational support from anywhere.
